Wanda heads our Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution department. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He is a fervent legal practitioner with more than Six (6) years of experience in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has been involved in prosecuting and defending of matters on behalf of clients at the Court of Appeal, High Court, Employment & Labour Relations Court, Subordinate Courts and Specialized Tribunals. He has his adroitness in Civil, Criminal and Commercial Litigation with special focus on Constitutional Law, Judicial Review and Administrative Law, Banking and Finance Law, Environment and Land Law, Criminal Law and Procurement Law.
